Terminations: Notice of termination can be provided by the BIC or by the individual member. MLS service is automatically turned off as well as all other services.
Un-used MLS Service Fees, prorated at $10 per week beginning the week after notice is received, will be reimbursed and takes at least 30 days to process.
If there are any outstanding bills, those past due will be attached to the individual record for payment when membership reinstatement is requested. All other dues and fees will be written off and the BIC will no longer be responsible for those fees.
To make this process easier, please use the Transfer or Terminaton Form.
Transfer: This refers to changing offices with in the GRRA membership! The following form must be submitted with past and present BIC’s signature and the $35 transfer fee.
If you are transferring firms and this form is not received promptly, a termination notice may be sent by the past BIC forcing you to follow reinstatement procedures instead of a simple transfer.
